From filming our thriller for my group I have learnt how to film different shot types using a phone instead of a camera. For example when filming the ground shot where the camera was on the floor filming the antagonist drop the rope that he had just used to kill the victim. I made this shot by holding the phone on the ground but I made sure that the phone was focused on the leaves more than the muddy boot of the antagonist. This gave the effect on the audience that the antagonist is very powerful because of how big he look from the angle used to capture the shot.
I have also learnt about the difficulty with trying to film a steady shot whilst moving the camera. As well as this I have learnt composition of different shots and framing of shots, I have learnt about keeping objects in the same place for the composition of the shot.
