An onboarding process that
Hey! I'm Mikli. I use tech and automations to help online businesses like yours create workflows that are
And I'm making some assumptions! >>
high-touch, high-end, and hands-free.
At least for this offer, you're no longer creating completely bespoke proposals for every client. This program or service has a set scope for everyone who signs up.
You're beginning to enroll people at scalable rates i.e. it's starting to not make sense for someone to be managing each client's onboarding experience personally.
No contract no work!
This is the tag that will trigger the onboarding sequence. Your payment processor may have a native integration, like ThriveCart does. Otherwise, Zapier!
There are two branches here: has signed the contract, and hasn't signed the contract 😄
I use SignNow for this. The "signing link" is guh-reat, and it plays nice with Zapier. This step also makes them jump to the has signed branch where they can receive the legit welcome emails!
The task of sending clients a contract and protecting your work
The (multiple) tasks + brainpower of checking whether the client has signed the contract or not (and remembering to check!)
The decision about what to do depending on whether or not a client has signed the contract
The (multiple) tasks (and emotional hnnng, at least for me!) of sending follow-up emails
The task of granting access to the offer (and walking them through it!)
without losing out on the high-touch experience
