Website Overhaul

  • TCRC's previous website.
  • Had a more "human" touch because of the image.

  • Current Home page of TCRC, which looks outdated and "clunky." It's not engaging and feels "cold."

  • The "About Us" page is blank; it has no content of any kind. This page could benefit by having a summary or overview of TCRC, maybe like the 1st paragraph of the Home page.
  • Its drop down menu has inner pages with content on them.

  • The "Search for Agency" page with a search engine in the back ground.

Current Website - Log In

  • The "Log In" page with access to a data base

Website Overhaul

  • Build a Brand New Mobile Responsive Website, Preferably WordPress.
  • Since at this time we do not have any access to the back end of the site and we do not know the details completely, it's impossible for us to analyze the complexity of the search box for the agencies as well as the log in for the participants of this program. 
  • R&S is open to receive other requirements TCRC's board and/or the State of California may have for the website.                                                                        (Continue on next slide)

Website Overhaul

  • R&S understands that currently TCRC is under contract with another company for its website, and this contract is completed by the end of May, 2019.

  • We understand that we will be bidding for this project when TCRC decides to update/overhaul its website.

  • Because R&S has no access to the back end and we do not know all of the details required or requested, we shall submit an hourly rate to work on the website.

  • Once we have all of the data, we will be able to give a more accurate price for this project.

  • R&S recommends at least a Facebook, Instagram and Twitter profile for TCRC.

  • Create a Facebook Business Page, Instagram as well as Twitter accounts to post content and engage target audience to them.
  • Research for ideal audience and create hashtags for Twitter & Instagram (for trending purposes)
  • Post 3-5 original content per week to each platform.

  • With the help of Facebook ads, we will find more consumers as well as travel agencies to target and promote TCRC; thus build its brand at a much faster pace.

  • Create Facebook Pixel to begin A/B testing for images and videos to drive traffic to the main website.
