On your device you can install this app (at break time).
Use it to scan an equation, and it will solve it, showing all the algebra steps!
But Remember, the goal isn’t the numbers (answers), it’s developing the SKILLS to reliably GET the numbers.
So if you use it to ‘cheat’ you’re only cheating yourself of the skills you want to learn.
(The whole point of “Free Solo” was that he climbed WITHOUT a safety rope!)

Correct your answers and learn from them

Find patterns in your mistakes – the sorts of errors you keep on making.
Identify exactly which steps you’re at risk of making that mistake.
To compensate, be extra cautious at that step in future exercises.
Make a conscious “If – Then” rule to improve your habits
e.g. “IF I see a minus in front of a pair of brackets, THEN I will stop and make sure to multiply everything by the minus before going further.”

If you are blocked from editing iPad settings, you'll need to show your parents this Slide and ask for permission to change the settings, so that you can use it interactively for class.
