Brown the burger and drain the grease.
I LOVE using the Pampered Chef Mix and Chop when browning burger.

Cook and drain the water from the noodles.
Some people do not cook the noodles first; I always do. If you choose not to boil the noodles, you will need to make sure your sauce has lots of water in it.

Prepare a 9 x 13 pan by lining it with aluminum foil.
Doing this makes clean up a breeze!

Mix together:
cooked burger, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, spaghetti sause, garlic, and some water.
I fill the spaghetti sauce jar about half full of water and swirl it around to get all the sauce out of the jar. You will want to use more water if you didn't cook your noodles.

Put a small amount of sauce in the bottom of the 9x13 pan.
Layer: 3 noodles, sauce, and a little bit of mozzarella cheese.

Keep layering 3 more times.
Top lasagna off with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with parsley to add some color.

Cover the pan with aluminum foil; make a "tent" so the foil doesn't touch the cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for 10 more minutes.
Turn the broiler on high for 5 minutes - or less. Be sure to watch the lasagna during this time so it doesn't burn. This gives the cheese a nice golden color.

Enjoy the deliciousness!!
