Goodwin states that music videos seldom have a traditional narrative that is relatable to the story the lyrics send. Instead artists try to make the audience feel a part of the music video by looking into the camera.
I believe that our song is an example of Amplification, because we have used the story within the lyrics and added more meaning by allowing our audience to not only hear the story but also visually view the narrative.
Bobby and Brix both share a story through their lyrics, which we have brought to life by constructing a short narrative expressing their grief.

We have formed a narrative from Bobby's verse, presenting Bobby at the graveyard visiting his relative. This scene displays Bobby's sadness and may make the audience have sympathy towards him.

In addition to this we have constructed a short narrative scene for Bobby, inspired by another music video, he raps to the psychiatrist in an attempt to release his pain. This links with Goodwin's theory by adding depth to the lyrics and creating a deeper meaning, by amplifying the lyrics.
