Visit www.7-zip.org, and click Download for the 64-bit version 

Step #2 of installing 7-Zip

Once the file is downloaded, execute it.

If the browser doesn't show it, look at the Downloads folder.

Step #3 of installing 7-Zip

Ignore the pop-up alert. It is a safe app to install. Click Yes.

Step #4 of installing 7-Zip

The installation wizard box shows up.

Click Install to start installation.

Step #5 of installing 7-Zip

Once the installation is done, click Close. 

Now you're ready to use 7-Zip for the course!
