uses an old fashioned electoral system adopted in 1867
A few things have changed since then . . .
The problem
is that our democracy isn't very
DEMOCRATIC
Some votes count more than others
but most votes don't count at all...
. . .with no voice in government
citizens are forced into the streets
Representative Democracy is supposed to provide
ALL citizens with representation in government
but that isn't possible with our First Past The Post system
It's time to change to a system of
PROPORTIONAL REPRESENTATION
and make ALL of our votes count!
