SEP: School Lockdowns

All North Carolina public schools should update their insufficient lockdown procedure or adopt an existing procedure

such as A.L.I.C.E., because it could potentially

forestall the likelihood that students are targeted during attacks
prepare students during fatal encounters
decrease casualties
