Popolation

The popolation is 18'006'407, and the national language is spanish. A little curiosity is that finally, throug English Opens Doors Program the english government made mandatory for students in fifth grade and above in public schools. Before, in the school, english wasn't studied by students

Religion

Currently in 2015, the majority religion in Chile is Christianity (68%), with an estimated 55% of Chileans belonging to the Catholic church, 13% Protestant or Evangelical and just 7% with any other religion. Agnostics and atheist are estimated at 25%. The Constitution provides for freedom of religion, the law at all levels protects this right in full against abuse, either by governmental or private actors

The Easter Island

The Easter Island’s silent stone figures are a monument to the unique culture of ancient Polynesian peoples. Currently there are rumors that say that there are 150 bodies in the statues; has not yet been confirmed, but there are pictures of a startling excavation project and people says archaeologists are now unearthing the statues' bodies, which were gradually buried by 500-plus years of erosion.
