TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Payable on sales of all SQ2 products
• Qualifying SQ2 orders must be received after April 1, 2021 and ship before November 30, 2021
• Agency must have more than $20,000 collectively in Net Revenue (Revenue less Overage) in Qualifying SQ2 Orders (orders placed after April 1, 2021 and shipped prior to November 30, 2021).
• Bonus to equal 5% of the collective Net Revenue for Qualifying SQ2 Orders.
• Bonus to be paid in the December 31, 2021 Commission Check. If no commission check is due, a separate check for this bonus will sent on December 31, 2021
