35% said they did not seek a professional opinion, and 18% said the medical professional or clinician did not agree with what they thought or had a different opinion about their condition.

What happens in the back end ?

It Uses Supervised Machine Learning, Sentiment Analysis, Content Analysis, Website Prediction and Spam Prediction on the back end that disables the user to visit those potentially harmful websites.
