How Office 2019 Differs from Office 365
Office 2019 is more like Microsoft’s move to cater to those who really don’t want to make that shift to the cloud and use Office 365 Setup. You will also need to run Windows 10 in your operating system to be able to use Office 2019.
There are many features in Office 2019 that are quite similar to Office 365, based on the teased features.
Advanced presentation features
Office 2019 will unroll more powerful and more advanced features for PowerPoint. This includes the capability for users to create more sophisticated and more dynamic presentations like enhanced Morph and Zoom features. These features are already included in Office 365 Setup ProPlus, but aren’t available for those using Office 2016.
Improved inking
Users of Microsoft Surface devices will enjoy the features of Office Setup 2019. There will be new inking capabilities across all its apps. This includes tilt effects that adjust the digital pen’s thickness, sensitivity on the angle of the pen, pressure sensitivity, and many more.
More robust data analysis
Excel still reigns when it comes to data management and analysis despite the advent of newer spreadsheet applications. Office 2019 plans to take this up a notch with even more powerful features. These include new charts, such as funnel charts and 2D maps. You can also publish your Excel spreadsheets in Microsoft’s business analytics service, Power BI.
