I am based in Harrogate and I offer a wide range of IT services to new/start-up businesses to help you get started with your technology.

These include include:

domain registration and set-up (choice, privacy etc.)
choosing and setting up an email provider appropriate to budget and needs
training and on-going assistance so you get the most from email / calendar / contacts as well as setting these up on the various devices that control our lives.
preparing email signatures, shared calendars and ensuring contacts are common between the desktop/laptop and mobiles.

(NB: I am not creative so I'm not looking to step on the toes of your brand and web designers).

I can also help you set up document storage and backup (again shared between devices as required), and if necessary, CRM and billing platforms.

As I have been providing IT based training and services within the marketing and publishing sector for many years I can offer some guidance as to your best use of social media such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn as well as email marking campaigns.

Because I have always been involved in, and have enjoyed, training and sharing knowledge, I aim to offer a friendly service to help you make your technology work for you, and not the other way around.

With over 20 years experience of Macintosh, Microsoft and GoogleApps, and a love for all things 'technology', I am based in Yorkshire and available to offer assistance either for long-term projects or in an emergency.

As an established business, if you feel as though you have become a little stuck in your ways with regard to your workflow and your use of technology, I am more than happy to come on-site and study your current workflow and assess your needs, preparing a report to allow you to move forward. Just because you have always done it that way, doesn't always make it the best way because, as we all know, technology changes every day, as do the needs of your clients.
