Yesterday's Untourist of the Week, Belle Edson (pictured below with a shot of her most recent Untour home) said , " My favorite memory of all my Untours I have been on, is sitting poolside or in the yard of the apartments where you stay and meeting people from all over the world. I have met some of the most interesting people participating in an Untour."

A typical Untour supper -- eat out for the midday (when European have their large meal)
and then bring home some fantastic things to nibble and sip (sausage, cheese,
bread, wine, etc.) for your evening meal. Bask in having your own "home" to relax
in, (while those on a tour pack up to move again the next morning. )
