Meet Jason
Jason is a project manager who needs
marketplace payments for his application.
Jason has decided to use Balanced
but needs help to implement.
When Jason is on the Balanced website, he sees their Certified Developer Gallery (The WorkMob Gallery).
Jason runs through a few multiple choice questions that help scope and budget his project.
WorkMob then sends his project out to the most qualified developer, based on feedback and availability.
If the first developer on the list doesn’t respond, or can’t take the job, the next most qualified developer is contacted. (And so on)
Once Jason’s project has been matched to a developer, he is charged and his money put into escrow.
We guarantee all of our developers, and offer a full refund if any project fails to live up to Jason’s expectations.
When the project is complete, and both parties have confirmed, the funds are released from escrow.
Both Jason and his developer leave feedback for each other.
We then use that feedback as part of the algorithm that decides who to send jobs to first, and maintains the integrity and quality of our developers.
