How do we achieve it?
1. Develop Templates
- Drag and drop "Templates"
- Templates are defined ad-hoc for the MVP ( Ad-Pretest as the first one)
- You add them in develop, and all the questions from the template are added to the survey

2. Connection with Learn
- Custom method section for projects with the template
- Custom charts
- Custom input selector in the left sidebar
- Template core questions are tagged, and we warn the user if he tries to delete them in develop
