Joseph does not tend to stick to a particular genre. His first music video was a rock genre but then 2 years later he has done a rap video which shows a massive change in the genre. Do they work exclusively (or often) with a specific artist?

He works with many different artists across all genres which shows he is capable of working for artists all over the music industry. However, in the recent years, he has often worked with Taylor Swift on all her new videos like "Bad blood", "Look what you made me do", "Blank space" and a few others. This shows some exclusivity.

What are their signature styles?

Many of Joseph's videos feature several close-ups. This could be done to allow the audience to see the facial expressions of the actors in the videos.  He has done this in Britney Spears' "Toxic", Kelly Clarkson's "Never Again" and Eminem's "Love The Way You Lie". He uses many close-ups in order to show the actors facial expressions so the audience can see the emotions the actors are feeling.

Are there any particular shots you found interesting?

I found these shots interesting as the first screenshot is a pov shot which makes the audience feel like they are that given character and feel like they are inside all the action. With the second shot, I like the editing technique used as it feels like the two actors come at one which is not often seen in music videos.

What are their signature styles?

As Hannah produces many pop music videos, she tends to stick to bright, lively and deep colours. She uses it to interest the viewers and catches their attention. These colours can be found in Ariana Grande's "Side To side", Nicky Minaj's "The Night Is Still Young" and Demi Lovato's "Sorry Not Sorry" She uses bright colours in order to differentiate herself from other music directors which makes it her own style. Also she works mostly with female artists which the colours could be applicable to.

Are there any particular shots you found interesting?

I found these shots interesting as they present woman as sexual objects which links into the theory of The Male Gaze which means a lot of men would be interested in seeing this kind of angles. I have also liked the colours used in these shots as they are vibrant and they are not often used in music videos which makes it more interesting.
