Arch Width

Arch width needs to start being limited like ball widths.

heel width<arch width< ball width

 

Plan:

Contour cut to match shoe last. ∴ arch width<heel width<ball width 

Heel Width

Heel width needs to start being measured.

limited by heel width averages

 

Plan:

Needs to be a check with deviations that give healthy range to be measured

Ray Dropout shape

Current: rectangular shape with ratio defined widths/lengths

 

Goals: 

• verify locations as accurate
• change shape to more designed anatomical shape

Length Cut

Current: Cut is 3/4 at toe length straight.

 

Goals:

• All cuts should be at T-line angle
• T-line cut introduced
• Tapered edge (in CAD?) (in production?)
