- Arms was tired.
- My body was getting cold.
Especially my feet was too cold.
And I felt warm by water.
2nd Change
Physical Change
- Lost power from arms by pain.
- But also I got technique to use back.
Before, my arms used too much power.
3rd Change
Mental Change
- I was totally tired.To do,or not to do.
- My mind was empty.
Just did paddling like a machine.
- It was almost meditation.
