Layers must be able to turn on and off
Layers must be interactive – User may interact with them
Remote Sensing Products?
GeoJson?
WMS Layers?
Rest Endpoints?

-Must incorporate some other data, (i.e. real-time data)

Ask yourself - how will you include this data
- visualization? Query the layer?
Where will you get it?
- Downloadable? Scrape it?
- Rest Endpoint(s)?
How will you store/persist the data?
How will you access the data from the application?
