    • Grind coffee when you need it.
  2. Measure the weight
    • Use a scale to measure exact weight of water and coffee beans.
  3. Measure temperature
    • Coffee should be brewed at around 200ºF/94ºC

Recipe

  1. Measure ​20 g coffee.
  2. Boil 10 fl. oz (280 g) water.
  3. Grind coffee.
  4. Place and wet filter. Empty water.
  5. Add coffee to filter.
  6. Pour water.
  7. Stir a few times.
  8. Start timer for 4 minutes.
  9. At 3:30, place on mug to to drip.
