I did call the office, but the line was busy so this was a very convenient substitute. I usually like to talk to a live person, but feel comfortable booking online as well.
I’m at work and can easily access the computer instead of calling on phone.
It’s just easier, and I like that I can see whats available at a glance.

I was at work, and couldn’t get away. I looked up the location website only to find I could schedule an appt online.
When I thought to schedule my appointment it was 7:30pm. The office was closed. It also allows me to see the entire calendar of available appointments and choose which one suits me best instead of asking about each individual day to someone on the phone.
