How?

• Call for ideas (send before the Haxorz Hackaton)

• Survey week before, visible results to let people prepare

How?

• Teams

  • Option A: teams are not random

  • Option B: teams are random based on the buckets

    • Designers

    • Seniors

    • Mid / Juniors

• Name your team

• Self-organizing teams

How?

• Mentors

• Sales pitch (last hour)

• Survey after sales pitches in 3 categories:

  • business - most value oriented project

  • general - best made project

  • sales - best sales pitch / sales layer

How?

• Each winner receive reward (it could be a team reward like bowling tickets, cinema tickets, company gadgets, equipment for games etc.)

• Organize hackaton once/twice a year if you like it

• We can make marketing materials from Hackaton itself as well as from sales pitches for social media marketing (YouTube, Twitter, Instagram etc.)
