The consortium consists of
1 Organization + 1 VET Center (SPAIN)
1 Organization + 1 VET Center (CROATIA)
1 Organization + 1 VET School (GREECE)
How does the project address the needs and goals of the participating organisations and the identified needs of their target groups?

The participating partners have realized that they need an improvement of their digital readiness as organizations.
They
need to improve their educational approaches in order to include high-end technologies in their curriculums and courses.
Based on this, it is recommended that the staff (ex. of VET trainers and learning programs designers) of these organizations
need to strengthen and emphasize their professional development.

In general, VET students come from rural and maybe underdeveloped regions, and in most cases, they lack employment
opportunities. By learning how to use disruptive technologies such as VR in classrooms, they will be ready to use them in
real life also, which will add a new skill to their skillsets.
So in terms of employability, target groups of the consortium will be
benefited from a bigger chance of finding a job.
Also, both trainees and trainers will be more digitally ready and comfortable
with new technologies.

Every partner (3 VET schools and 3 organizations) will be present physically at this meeting. Each partner may send up to 2
participants, depending on the accommodation and travel costs (minimum 6 people maximum 14 people, since the hosting
partner may have more than 2 persons attending).

WHERE?
Accommodation for each travelling partner - Travel expenses for each travelling partner - Other expenses for each partner (6 partners) - Hosting of the event (venue, meals coffee etc) - each project partner will send 2 participants.
Therefore, a total of 550 Euros is needed for each participant. Therefore, 4 participating organizations * 2 staff members = 8*550 = 3300 euros. Each Spanish partner will receive a bare minimum of 350 euros.
This leads to 350*2= 700 euros to perform host activities, such as venue, meals coffee etc
TOTAL: 3300+700 = 4000euros
