GB3 Mobile Scanning Technology

We use a proprietary mobile scanning system that allows a single operator to scan an interior space in a matter of minutes. The data is collected by the system and translate to a point cloud. 

Scanning could be efficient for Warehouses for racking layout, reorganizing office spaces, real estate cost estimate.

All as-built plans include dimension, doors, windows and restrooms.

Sometimes interior spaces are not accurately estimated. GB3 scanned this industrial plant and concluded that area scanned was differed than area advertised. 

Area Evaluation

In industrial spaces, column grid layout, interior structures, ceiling clearances, loading docks, racking spaces, office spaces, emergency exits are essential for potential tenant.
