Let's talk ingredients

  1. Quality eggs! Preferably not jumbo as they can have fragile whites and are harder to flip.
  2. Butter or oil. Olive is fine since this is going to be low heat.
  3. Some buttered whole-wheat toast to put it on...OR salted avocado is a great substitute in lieu of butter!
  4. Swaggy hawt sauce.

A few key things

  1. Low-ish heat, maybe 3/10 on the dial.

  2. Pick a very flat spatula, this helps to scoop and flip.

  3. Flip as early as possible without breaking the yolk.

  4. If you break the yolk, it's okay...but DO NOT attempt to eat those ghetto scrambled eggs in the pan. It's not worth it. Eggs are like 15 cents and the perfect egg only takes about a minute to cook. You are WORTH IT.

  5. We do not eat mistakes. We will only eat success.

  6. Chant this before battle. ⚔️
