Question: Take one number from the user. Check it whether it is negative, zero or positive and print the message for it?

Our University has the following grading policy:

• Any grade less than 40  is a failing grade.
• "D" grade if greater than or equal to 50 marks and less than 60.
• "C" grade if greater than or equal to 60 marks and less than 70.
• "B"grade if greater than or equal to 70 marks and less than 80.
• "A"grade if greater than or equal to 80 marks and less than 90.
