-   Open learning teaches us to be responsible with information. We can apply Open Learning to be innovative and helpful. We can apply Open Learning 

to be safe, to progress. (Discuss technological learning with peers, friends, parents)

Not all networks are governed by moral obligations. 

  • The internet was perceived as a dumb network - as it grew more democratic, it was seen as unsafe.  The safest solution is a network driven by obligation
