麵屋彩未：札幌拉麵代表

說到札幌味噌拉麵，「彩未」幾乎是所有人的第一答案。店主奧雅彥曾在名店「堇（すみれ）」修業，2000年11月於美園獨立開業，此後每天開門就排長龍。湯底從早上5點開始熬製，以豬骨清湯為基底搭配3種白味噌，濃郁不膩、鮮味深沉。麵條用老字號「森住製麵」的中粗捲麵，飽吸湯汁後彈牙十足。招牌「加薑解膩」吃法已成儀式感，也是每位來訪旅人必須親身體驗的一口。
