Mathematical modeling of Genetic Diseases using in silico methods
There are some genetic diseases that are caused by gene mutations but there are other diseases that are caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors.
In this project we will analyze mostly the genetic factors and we will focus on certain specific diseases.
We will be using raw data
The project has a minimal financial cost.
It requires a intermediate knowledge on how genetic diseases are transmitted.
It also require intermediate software development skills.
