Design Possibilities
Is it necessary to have big pictures of the staff?
Can we separate the team according to the innovations type we have?
May be display information along with photos?
Information as in:
- Name, Designation and social links as shown now.
- or a bit detail about the skills that a staff has.
- or may be hobby
Might be too lengthy
in our case
Why not display the information when hover over the staff photo?
Or just keep it minimal using white spaces?
There must be enough spaces on the sides to make the design look elegant.
May be add "Join our team" at the end of the photos?
