Client Integrations 101

CI Work is the glue between:

• Portal
• IDM/Cloud ID
• Zimbra
• Powerplay
• Whatever other systems the client has

• A client's integration can involve as many or few pieces of our systems as they want
• The portal can act as a Service Provider (SP) and/or an Identity Provider (IDP)
  • If it's an IDP, it's the canonical source of truth for that client's user data
  • Otherwise, it's still useful as a data store
