Ted Blenkers - Ship Inspection

Ted Blenkers can be described as a sea captain, ships captain, captain, master, or
shipmaster.
He is a licensed mariner who has complete responsibility for everything
happening on the vessel. Ted is responsible for the safety and efficiency of all the
issues on the vessel including the ship’s seaworthiness, security, operations
management of crewmembers, any legal issues, navigation processes, and cargo
management.
