2. Promote teamwork The captain tries to make the crew as comfortable as possible working on the ship, as does the director of a company with its employees. Both know the importance of teamwork and encourage it. Both a ship and a company, if the people who compose it do not work together, it sinks.
3. They are the last to leave, or at least it should be When things go wrong both stand firm in their positions trying to get out of the quagmire in the best possible way, fighting until the end.
4. Keep calm in the face of adversities During the storm (whether meteorological or business) are those who must remain calm and give guidance to the rest of the components of their teams to establish how they should act. They never lose their helm because they know that if you do everything, you can go overboard.
