The 80/20 rule is a technique created by the Italian economist Vilfredo Pareto.
It’s the idea that 20% of action are responsible for 80% of outcomes.
Pareto Principle reminds you to focus on the 20% of things that matter. Of the things you do for your project, only 20% are crucial. That 20% produces 80% of your results. Identify, and focus on those things first, but don't entirely ignore the remaining 80% of the causes.
It is based on taking breaks after 25 minutes of work.
Create a table with four columns :
1. Action
2. Start time
3. End time
4. Summary time
Write all actions you were doing within work day in the table.
Do conclusions - how much time you were doing productive work and how much time was wasted.
Try to avoid waist of time.
