1. Mirror all likelihoods into SOLikeT (progress; lots to do)
  2. Factor out theory components from within likelihoods, and put into SOLikeT as standalone Theory objects  (barely started)
  3. Test joint-covariance likelihood framework
    • Compute cross-covariances (e.g., lensing/primary off-diags)
    • Enforce synthetic-map unity among simulated data products from different AWGs. (e.g., make it easy to access lensing and primary power spectra derived from the same map)
