Company + Dev Team Size
Location + Commute Time
Industry + Product
Languages + Technologies
Salary + Benefits

Values Clarification
There are always trade-offs to each job, so identifying what is most important to you will allow you to make the tradeoffs more easily. For example would you rather:
Have a shorter daily commute or a higher base salary?
Have amazing benefits or have an assigned mentor?
Work with our (NEAP) stack or be able to work remote?
Work with some fellow classmates or get a relocation bonus to work in a new city?
Whatever is important, keep it in mind while going through the job application process!
