If you are thinking of building your new home, you should consider these aspects to make your new home the place that saves your dreams (and not that you take them away)
Building the perfect home requires all our energies, knowledge, expert help. But let's not go crazy! If many have achieved it before, why would we not be able to?
Before designing the project of our future home, we must take into account the orientation we have on our land: if it is sunny during the day, if it is oriented to the north or west
With them, we can design and decide every detail that will define how our house will be, our home. It is important to dedicate some time to this phase: from here the foundations of our future are built. Isn't it worth your time?
It is very important that the distribution be practical and functional. The shape and size of the different environments that make up the home must be consistent:
* Bedrooms: With enough space to place the furniture we want to include and taking into account any future changes (increase in family, need for study area, etc.)
* Bathrooms: Does the couple share a bathroom? If we have children, boys and girls? And, do we have room for all bael glazing, pavement, experts? The buyer manages all the bureaucratic paperwork. They are going to demand us. Why?
* Kitchen: Very important distribution, the cada work ’bench, storage, etc.
* Salon Vs Lounge-dining room: it depends on the type of life we have, the meetings we have with friends or family, etc.
We must take into account BEFORE STARTING THE PROJECT all papers, permits, licenses, etc. They are going to demand us. Because that will prevent the delay of the work and because it will avoid possible fines, stoppage of works.
The architect in charge of the project is the one that normally manages all the bureaucratic paperwork. But just in case it is better to keep up to date with everything we are going to need: building permit, certificate of occupancy, etc.
At this point it is advisable to leave the acquisition of materials to experts. Although, yes, with a more or less closed budget: Cost, Quality and Term are the aspects to consider.
From carpentry to glazing, pavement (wooden floor, tiles, marble), tiling (tiles, paint, ‘eco’ options), paint (plastic, with mineral and vegetable pigment ...)
Defining the material to be used in each environment will help us ‘create’ in our plans more defined areas, where even the decorative elements can appear ‘looking for your site’ helping to have a global vision of the unit and the complete design of the house.
