Payment method, upgrades, and receipts

If you have a paid Slides plan, you can manage your payment method, cancel your subscription, and download past receipts from the billing details page.

Open your billing details while signed in to your Slides account.

Upgrade your plan

To move from Lite to Pro, choose your new plan on the pricing page.

Your new plan takes effect as soon as the payment goes through. If your bank asks you to confirm the charge first, you stay on your current plan until that's done.

If a payment needs attention

Payments occasionally need a second look — a card expires, or your bank wants to confirm a charge before approving it. When that happens, a notice appears at the top of your billing page with a button that takes you straight to the fix, whether that's confirming the payment with your bank, entering a new card, or finishing an upgrade you started earlier.

If you're billed by invoice, the same notice links to any invoice that still has a balance due.
