Tables

Use a Table block to organize structured information directly on a slide. Tables are useful for comparisons, schedules, specifications, and any content that is easier to scan in rows and columns.

Add a table

  1. Open your presentation in the editor.
  2. Select Table from the insert toolbar.
  3. Choose the number of rows and columns from the block toolbar.
  4. Click a cell and start typing.

New tables include a header row by default. Select the table to show or hide the header and adjust its padding, borders, alignment, text, and background colors.

Add or remove rows and columns

Right-click a cell to insert a row above or below it, insert a column to its left or right, or remove the current row or column.

You can also paste tabular data into the editor to create or populate a table. For a visual presentation of numeric data, consider using a chart instead.
