Take 100 people. 


Take the highest hours of traffic for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Medium, etc... individually. 


Split up 100 people in an organized way to like on each peak, and share/repost on each peak, on set intervals, with alternating hashtags. 


Then take those, 100 people, and then on intervals have them periodically like each others posts.

ORGANIC COMMUNITY GROWTH AND ACTIVITY
THESE PEOPLE COULD INITIALLY BOOST THE APPEARANCE OF AN EXTREMELY ACTIVE COMMUNITY, HAVING THAT PERCEPTION COULD BE THE DIFFERENCE OF NEW USERS STICKING AROUND. IT ALSO BALANCES THE TRADITIONALLY "ETHNIC" MIX WE HAVE GOING ON, AND MAKES IT MORE FRIENDLY TO AMERICANS

WE GROUP INTERNS BY THE JOB TITLE/INTEREST THEY WANT TO PURSUE, WE THEN LET THEM CREATE PROJECTS BASED ON THOSE INTEREST. AS THE INTERNS LEARN MORE ABOUT THEIR PARTICULAR FIELD/JOB, THEY KEEP POSTING WHAT THEY LEARNED IN THESE LEARNING PROJECTS. 

EXAMPLE, AN INTERN SAW A GREAT ARTICLE THAT HELPED HIM LEARN SOMETHING, HE POSTS IT. AN INTERN LEARNED HOW TO DO SOMETHING, HE CREATES A TUTORIAL FOR IT. THESE TYPES OF PROJECTS ARE INTERESTING TO BOTH AMERICANS AND ABROAD BECAUSE ALL THAT'S NEEDED IS A PASSION FOR THAT PARTICULAR SKILL-SET.

IF OUR MISSION IS TO HELP PEOPLE SUCCEED AS A IN-BETWEEN STEP FROM LEARNING TO EMPLOYMENT, WHAT BETTER WAY TO GET INSIDE THOSE PEOPLES HEADS THEN PRACTICING WHAT WE PREACH.

WHAT'S THE COST TO GET THIS SETUP GOING VS INFINITELY PAYING FOR AD SPENDING? IS IT WORTH TAKING A LITTLE OF WHAT WE WOULD SPEND IN AD TO DEVOTE TO A SYSTEM LIKE THIS
