Nothing to do?

(a guide)

Ask your team captain for something.

Ask for work from another team captain.

Talk to Marcus. (he's lonely)

Don't talk to Divya.

Check Slack - see what work is available.

Check Slack again - pretend to be busy on your phone (we know you're not)

Ask Will about blockchain.

Go into the shop and ask Joe for something to do. He'll say everything is fine. Everything is not fine.

Ask Mr. Youmans instead.

Help BAMF build game elements.

The 3 captains:

  • Build Captain: in charge of organizing and orchestrating all the build teams of the robot.

  • Admin Captain: in charge of administrative duties of the team - coordinates with school, mentors, parents, and students.

  • Outreach Captain: in charge of all outreach events on the team; branding; media.

Meetings

We meet on Tuesdays and Thursday - at 7 PM. Senior members are welcome to come at 6:45 to help plan ahead - anyone, really, is welcome at 6:45.

We meet in the drama room (seriously).

We talk for a bit about what we're going to do, then we go do it.

The Build Season

The build season is the season where we build things.

The build season schedule will come out during winter break.
