Tournament Promotion Structure

Our goal with hosting these tournaments is to connect with as many people as possible. Advertising is the essential to this event being successful.

The day of the tournament, we will be broadcasting live on our streaming channel with the hope of bringing people into the mall from home.

We will also have a group of staff walking around the mall that day, encouraging people to participate with flyers and other light marketing materials.

The smaller sponsored prizes from the different stores throughout the mall will be used for mini game tournaments during the day. The goal with this is to host consistent tournaments throughout the day in anticipation of attracting people to stay for the major tournament later that evening.

Viewership Streaming Analytics

We believe that the first official league tournament should average a minimum audience of around 100-500 views during the afternoon.

Our platform EETV allows us to set up several broadcast from different places and angles throughout the tournament space to where the viewer can see everything going on a one time throughout the event.

With this format we are able to pull in different types of customers, generally speaking, not only the typical gamer but also the average consumer that wants to watch and be apart of a live event.

We have multiple placement ad opportunities throughout the stream during the day. We will be hosting multiple streams from different angles of the tournament area. We will be conducting live interviews during the day with customers throughout the mall, all with a goal of drawing in more customers from home to the mall.

1. Commercial Ads/ Digital Ads ($50)

Each sponsored commercial advertisement will be played a minimum of five (5) times throughout a live event broadcast, as well as aired on our live online stream.

 

2.Ticker and Online Banner Ad/Logo Placement ($25)

Company banner will be featured the week leading up to the event as well as featured the day of the tournament. The banner and ad placement will be shown on stream overlay and website, which consistently displays match updates and leaderboard.

Pricing is based on each individual Tournament Broadcast & 4 to 5 hour Show

The sponsored prizes that we are looking for are small giveaways that will attract consumers to your store. We will not charge the players for the mini tournaments throughout the day it would be for promotions only.
