Step 1

If you do not have a MARS account (or are not sure), go to: library.gmu.edu/publishing/deposit

Step 2

Go to www.sherpa.ac.uk/romeo/

For each piece you want to deposit, look up the journal to see the publisher restrictions.

Step 3

If you have open access publications or conference presentations, use the submission form in MARS.

PDF format preferred.

Step 4

If your publisher prohibits use of the final PDF, make note of acceptable version. Use Quick Guide to create alternative version.
