問題
- 目前 Wallets 還是很難用
- Jaxx 有支援 DAO, but ...
- 法規上的問題...
- Ethereum 穩不穩的問題
- 現實社會法律接軌的問題
- 版本更新 DAO 1.1 .. 2.0 ...
風險
- 軟體的 bugs 可能造成
- Ethereum 的成熟度, ...
- Ether, Bitcoin 波動大
- 大家沒興趣了, 或 splitDAO
- 駭客虎視眈眈下面這個帳號 (後序) 演講的前一天, 這帳號被駭客偷走價值6千萬美金的 3.6m Ether幣.

我想用 DAO 的幾種人
- 等 DAO 幣升值, 再賣掉
- DAO 其實就是 token 的實作, 歷經過程, 值得未來 想要在發行自己的 DAO 或 token 的人借鏡
- 好好當個 the DAO 股東, vote for a good project.
- 提 proposals, 開發 Ether 相關的產品或應用, 可以很快找到資金.
- 好好當個 DAO 的 contributors.
