Design, Quality and Cost Aspects:

The consultant is required to provide guidance throughout the process of construction to the owner. The operational phase too will need supervision and consultant support service. Consultants also aid in the getting the brand established as well as sustainability creation.

Client support:

They look into aspects like whether tree protection norms are not getting flouted. The architect also looks into getting all the relevant regulatory aspects such as licences and permits sorted out.
