1. Create a Refworks account and a SOCI 402 folder
   
   

2. Use our recommended databases to search for your recent articles, chapters or essays
   
   

3. Record your 3 search strategies and PRINT your results
   
   

4. ​Find (or request) the full text of your selected references 
   
   

5. REFWORKS:
   -Add notes to your references about finding/requesting the full text
   -Further edit your exported references as necessary
   -Test and finalize your bibliography in Turabian (8th edition Reference List) style
   
   

6. Print your bibliography and hand in your 2 documents!

• select at least 5 writings, and up to 10

• use only scholarly articles, chapters or essays

• select only material published from 2000 onwards for the secondary sources

and PRINT your results

4. Find (or request) the full text of your references

5. REFWORKS:

• use the Links field in RefWorks to add your notes and/or links to fulltext. 
   

• Edit your references as necessary
   

• Test and finalize your bibliography, Turabian (8th edition reference list) style

6. Print your bibliography
