30 minutes: Slides. Content bundle + updates from IO

60 minutes: unpacking, constructing, flashing, running!
No desks!
Challenges

Wi-Fi antenna "gentle click"

Flat ribbon cables upside down

Not enough power in USB on some laptops

Wi-fi splash screen -
Permissions on Windows laptops
Outcomes
-
Many (most of?) trainees got "Image classifier" demo up and running
-
Some of the trainees got "Weather station" ready
-
Everyone got the concept of "Android Things", the feeling of it in action, and lots of fun!
Advice
-
Be prepared :)

It's fine to google for some solution "on the fly"

Distribute your time for all the trainees
-
Encourage trainees to help each other
-
Be positive, open and friendly!
