  • Allows import of cases from AGSVA "packs"

So what's the problem?

  • Work done for steps/tasks is manual/inefficient and prone to error
  • 3 systems to do work - email, current case system and a file system
  • No automated notifications/reminders/alerts
  • No audit of real work beyond movement between steps
  • AGSVA Word docs need to be filled out manually for every case
